Shipments to the Balearic Islands and abroad always have a cost due to the high price of the rates.
Spain (peninsula and Balearic Islands):
Once you place the order, we will deliver the product to the address indicated by the user within 24/72 working hours, which means that neither holidays nor weekends count. A tip to the fastest delivery? Place the order before 3:00 p.m., and it will be more likely to be 24 hours than 72 hours, due to our warehouse hours. 😉
(No shipments are made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla… although we would love to, and we are working on it!)
If you are not at home when delivery is attempted, they will call you by phone to reschedule a new delivery time. Feel free to email or text us if we will be happy to assist you with any incident. We are very nice! 🙂
Once you receive the shipping confirmation order, the Product will be delivered in 3 and 7 working days, depending on the country. Shipping details will appear in your confirmation email.
PERFUMES: Yes, We do accept returns of all our perfumes. We send a sample with each perfume to try at home, and if you are not convinced, it can be returned free of charge. It is possible that when reimbursing a product, the platform keeps a percentage of the return that is usually very small (cents).
OTHER PRODUCTS: Sample returns, Body Mist, or promotions that specifically indicate it on their product page are not accepted.
We always work to make sure our customers love our products, but if you need to return an order, we are happy to help. Steps for a return:
1. Write to the email firstname.lastname@example.org informing of the order number and the desire to return the product.
2. We will contact and coordinate together with the user by this same email route one day to collect the product. Within a maximum period of 7 business days, Oveh and the user must find at least one day when the user can receive the transport company at the address indicated by the user to return the product.
3. The user will have to return the perfume unopened. It is not necessary to return the sample, understanding that it is a gift so that the user can try the fragrance.
4. Once the perfume has been collected, Oveh has a maximum period of 5 business days to verify that the packaging has not been opened, that the product is in good condition, and return the cost that the user has paid for the product in full to the account number that the user specifies to Ovéh via email.

At Ovéh we guarantee the quality of our products in the legally established terms. We assume the responsibility derived from any possible defect of origin or raw material of the purchased product.
In this case, the product will be repaired, exchanged or returned at no cost. We will not be liable for deficiencies caused by improper use, negligence, blows or force majeure, nor for components subject to wear due to normal use of the product.
