Once the order is placed, the product will be delivered to the address indicated by the user within 24/72 working hours. This means that neither holidays nor weekends count. A trick? place the order before 3:00 p.m. and it will be more than 24 hours than 72 hours due to our warehouse hours 😉
In the event that you are not at home when you try to deliver, you will be called by phone to make a new delivery, but any incident write to us and we will be happy to assist you. We are very kind 🙂

We give away a sample with each perfume so you can try it and, if it doesn't convince you, it can be returned free of charge.

In the rest of the European countries we do not accept returns due to high shipping costs.
We always work to make sure you love the product, but if you need to return an order, we'll be happy to help.
You have 10 days to try the sample that we give you and decide if you keep the perfume or not.
Steps for a return:
1. Write to the email email@example.com informing the order number and the desire to return the product.
2. From Ovéh we will manage, together with you, a day to collect the product. It is essential that you tell us an optimal day to pick up the order within a maximum period of 7 days from when we ask for it by mail.
3. The perfume must be returned unopened. It is the only important requirement. It does not print tickets or put it in special boxes. It is not necessary to return the sample, understanding that it is a gift so that you can taste the perfume.
4. Once the perfume has been collected, Oveh has a maximum period of 5 working days to verify that the packaging has not been opened and / or that the product is in good condition. Once we have verified that everything is fine, we will proceed to the refund.
As you can see, we want to make it very easy for you so that returning a perfume is not an impossible task.
